1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the lakutito platform, including all services, games, promotions, and features available on it. lakutito reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and it is the member's responsibility to review them periodically.

By accessing or using the Lakutito platform, you confirm that you fully understand and agree to these terms. This acceptance is ongoing and applies each time you log in or use any feature of the platform.

2 Member Eligibility & Account Registration

To register a lakutito account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• At least 18 years old or the legal age stipulated in your country of residence, whichever is higher.
• Register an account on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or legal entity.
• Only holding one (1) active account at any one time. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in all such accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Providing registration information that is accurate, complete, and up to date. False information will result in immediate account suspension.
• Not appearing on any gambling prohibition or restriction list issued by any relevant authority.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. Lakutito strongly recommends that you:

• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), available for free in your account settings.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Not sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device.

Lakutito shall not be liable for any losses resulting from third-party access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

• All deposits must be made from an account or card registered in your own name.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Lakutito reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the situation:

• Confirmation that the member does not meet eligibility requirements (e.g., underage).
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Requests from relevant authorities or pursuant to a court order.
• Voluntary request from the member to close their account.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, lakutito reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If closure is at the member's own request without any violation, eligible balances will be returned after deducting any bonuses that have not met rollover requirements.

10 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Lakutito provides its platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

• Lakutito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Lakutito's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made within the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
